The following sample meals and snacks are based on 11 blocks or approximately 1,100 - 1,200 calories. 

Breakfast

      • 1/2 cup blueberries
      • 1 oz. low fat cheese
      • 9 almonds

      • Salad w/tomato
      • 2 ozs. tuna
      • 1 oz. low fat cheese
      • 1 cup strawberries with slivered almonds
      • 1orange


Dinner
Dinner
      • 4 1/2 oz. perch cooked in olive oil
      • 2 cups cauliflour
      • 6 asparagus spears
      • 3/4 cup green beans
      • 1 peach

Snacks
Snacks
      • 1 cup raspberries
      • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
Snacks
      • 4 ozs. red wine
      • 1 oz. low fat cheese
